You've got 15 minutes after your session ends to grab your things, throw away your trash, and head out before the next code activates. Still in the room after that? You'll be charged for another full session, and that charge repeats until you're out.
We're a small, local setup — a 9.5 ft hitting-area ceiling with limited swing width, not a wide-open bay. Taller players, steep or upright swings, and left-handed players may find a full driver swing isn't comfortable here. Irons and a smoother tempo play great in the space regardless.
The space is monitored by video surveillance (no audio). It helps keep the lounge safe and unattended, and protects both you and the equipment if anything's ever in dispute.

You've got 15 minutes after your booked hour to wrap up and head out — that gap is built into the schedule so the next group's session is never rushed, and neither is yours. If you're still there after that window, you'll be charged for another full session, repeating until you've left.

For most golfers, yes. That said, we're a small, local setup — the hitting area has a 9.5 ft ceiling and isn't a wide-open bay, so if you're very tall, have a steep or upright swing path, or swing left-handed, your driver swing may come close to the ceiling or side walls. If that sounds like you, we'd recommend easing into your first few swings before taking a full cut, sticking to irons if you're unsure, or reaching out ahead of time with any questions.
By booking a session at Floppy Golf, you agree to the following.
1. Assumption of Risk. Golf involves inherent risks, including the risk of being struck by a golf ball or club. Our facility is a small, local setup with a 9.5 ft hitting-area ceiling and limited swing width; taller players, players with steep or upright swing paths, and left-handed players may find some clubs — particularly drivers — cannot be swung at full extension without contacting the ceiling or walls. By booking and using the simulator, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury and equipment/property damage while on the premises, including risks related to available space and clearance, and release Floppy Golf and NMRZ LLC from liability for injuries or damage not caused by our gross negligence.
2. Responsibility for Damage. You are fully responsible for any damage you or a member of your party cause to the simulator equipment, impact screen, enclosure, flooring, furniture, or facility beyond normal wear and use. You agree to reimburse Floppy Golf for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged equipment or property resulting from your session.
3. Payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking. There are no refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. See our cancellation policy for rescheduling options.
4. Bring Your Own Clubs. Floppy Golf does not provide club rentals. You are responsible for bringing and maintaining your own clubs, and for their condition.
5. Occupancy and Access. Sessions are limited to the number of guests booked, up to a maximum of four (4) people. Your door access code is valid only for your booked session window. Sharing your code or allowing entry to anyone outside your booked time is prohibited.
6. Timely Exit. You must vacate the space within 15 minutes of your session's scheduled end time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for an additional session, which will repeat until you have exited the premises.
7. Cleanup. You agree to remove your trash and leave the space in the condition you found it.
8. Conduct. No illegal substances or unsafe behavior is permitted on the premises. Floppy Golf reserves the right to deny future bookings to anyone who violates these terms.
9. Video surveillance. The premises are monitored by video surveillance for security purposes. Audio is not recorded. By entering the space, you consent to being recorded on video. Footage may be used to investigate damage, safety incidents, or violations of these Terms of Use.

What we collect, why, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect. When you book a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by Square — we do not store your full card details ourselves).
2. How we use your information. Your name and email are used to confirm and manage your booking. Your phone number is used specifically to send you booking confirmations, session reminders, and your one-time door access code by text message.
3. We do not sell or share your phone number. Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is used solely to operate your booking and access to the facility.
4. Message frequency. You can expect to receive a small number of texts per booking — typically a confirmation, a reminder, and your door code. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
5. Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to texts you receive from us. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
6. Payment data. Payments are processed by Square, Inc. We do not store your full payment card information on our own systems.
7. Third-party services. We use Square for booking and payment, and Twilio for sending text messages. These providers process your information solely to deliver the services described here.
8. Video surveillance. The premises are monitored by security cameras. We record video only — no audio. Footage is used solely for safety and security purposes, such as investigating damage or incidents, and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
